The quality of the leather and order + shipment were good. For my first order, I'm disappointed in the size of the cutoffs though. 0.3-0.4m2 are indicated, but only 0.25 and 0.26m2 were delivered for the two ordered articles respectively.

Unfinished natural vegetable-tanned leather with very pleasant properties. It smells good, is soft and grows back extremely well. Its very light color makes it easy to play with dyes.
One might almost regret the fact that it darkens only slightly when shading with repoussage, but this is quickly overshadowed by its ability to be worked very gently.
So far, I've had no problems with my orders, and the skins I've received have always been top quality. It's more expensive than some of our competitors, but you get high-quality leather that you can use with your eyes closed.

I've decided to give the Pykara a try at last, as the price was holding me back.
But for regrowth work, the price is no longer an obstacle. It's very pleasant to work with, the leather marks very well, but not too well, it doesn't get soft, and absorbs water just right.
I'm more than happy with it, I'll stay a customer without any problem, and I'll use it again for the little leather goods.

My first realisation Pykara natural leather havana natural I dyed havana for the base, bottom, side reinforcements havana and shoulder strap.
The body of the bag is made from ANGEL havana leather havana the purse is made from the same leather but split to give a two-tone effect.

First of all, the visual aspect. The leather is impressively even, well nourished and very pleasant to the touch. The pleasant scent of vegetable-tanned leather perfumes the workshop, a real treat. It doesn't take me long to cut my first pieces: the blade gently hugs the leather and off I go! After moistening the flower, I move on to embossing. And what a pleasure! A real treat! The well-nourished leather is gently sculpted, the patterns come out wonderfully, I'm under the spell! The only problem I've had with leather is that I don't want to stop creating ;)

In my constant search for dyes, tools and leathers, I discovered Radermecker Tannery and its Pykara leather. I tested it in repoussage, in dye, and it offers all the necessary qualities. The pattern carving is precise and clean, with perfect color absorption even when using water-based dye , as in my case. Its good hold also makes it very interesting for the manufacture of a large number of objects. Specialized in saddle-stitch hand-stitching, Pykara reflects the care I take in assembling this noble material, perfectly highlighting the stitches made with linen thread.

What's pleasing at first sight is its color, a lovely light color that takes the dye very well and allows superb color , even with very diluted dyes . I regularly use the Pykara for embossing, and it's a real pleasure. Opening the leather is comfortable, easy and fluid. The knife doesn't snag, it glides easily. Under the dies, the Pykara is exemplary. It grows back easily, with excellent depth.
