Leather straps
Ideal for realisation leather goods or harness parts, leather straps are vegetable-tanned are available in Niagara leather shoulder strap natural or dyed in 6 sizes 3*120cm, 3.5*120cm 4*120cm, 3*140cm, 3.5*140cm and 4*140cm, and in Pykara leather natural or tinted in 4 sizes 3*120cm, 4*120cm, 3*135cm and 4*135cm; and in Niagara leather half-back strap natural or dyed in 6 sizes 180*3cm, 180*3.5cm 180*4cm, 220*3cm, 220*3.5cm and 220*4cm.

The stretched Boyoma leather straps double-tanned and Stretched Della leather straps vegetable tanning are ideal for realisation stirrups grith straps horse saddles. They are available in two widths: 2.5 cm and 2.8 cm; and in two lengths: 130 cm and 150 cm.

shoulders
The shoulder corresponds to the animal's neck and is an often wrinkled part due to the movements of the animal's head. This part is very much in use, since it can be lent in all directions. shoulder is a full-grain saddlery leather for all leather craftsmen making leather goods. shoulders are available in natural, dyed aniline and pigmenteddyed . We offer 4 sizes for our shoulders :

  • from 1.26 to 1.45m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 75cm & W = 140cm.
  • from 1.10 to 1.25m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 75cm & W = 120cm.
  • from 0.51 to 0.70m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 40cm & W =120cm.
  • from 0.30 to 0.40m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 40cm & W =60cm.

half-backs

The backsplash consists of the shoulder and butt. It's an entire hide from which the sides have been removed. Its advantage is that it can be used for very long lengths, as in saddlery, for example. half-backs are full-grain leathers. They are available in vegetable tanning for the Niagara leather and double-tanned for Boyoma. Natural leathers and dyed anilineNiagara half-backs are ideal for the realisation harness parts.Niagara half-back are also ideal realisation leather goods requiring a longer length of leather, or greater thickness. We offer 4 sizes for our half-backs :

  • From 1.71 to 1.90 m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 200 cm & W = 60 cm.
  • From 1.55 to 1.70 m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 180 cm & W = 60 cm.
  • from 0.86 to 0.95m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 200cm & W = 30cm.
  • 0.75 to 0.85 m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = 180 cm & W = 30 cm.

butts

The butt one of the thickest and hide thickest and firmest areas. The flanks, shoulder all extremities have been removed. The butt considered the most valuable part of the leather. This area has no grain and can therefore be cut in any direction. This area is particularly used for pieces that require greater strength. Our equestrian leather Stretched Della stretched Boyoma and Gavarnie leathers are Leather cuts the butt. Stretched Della stretched Boyoma leathers stretched Boyoma used for stirrups grith straps Gavarnie leather is used for horse flaps .

The full hide includes the shoulder, butt and sides. The side is a full hide cut lengthwise from shoulder to butt.

Our soft Angel leather is available in fullhide in 2 thicknesses 1.3-1.5mm and 1.8-2mm and in 2 sizes:

  • from 5.00 to 5.50m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = Length mini 190cm & W = Width mini 170cm.
  • from 5.51 to 6.00m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = Length mini 210cm & W = Width mini 190cm.

Our Hukou soft leather is also available in fullhide in thicknesses of 2-3mm and 1.8-2mm and in 2 sizes:

  • from 3.00 to 3.50m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = Length mini 150cm & W = Width mini 150cm.
  • from 3.51 to 4.00m² - minimum guaranteed dimensions L = Length mini 170cm & W = Width mini 170cm.
